Return Conditions

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receipt to contact us to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• ✅ In its original condition, unworn and unused
• ✅ In its original packaging
• ✅ Accompanied by the order receipt

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, wigs and extensions that have been worn or whose tags have been removed cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us via our contact form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you return instructions by email within 48 hours.
3. Once the package is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
