Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the Blend Beauty Hair online store, which offers semi-natural wigs (a blend of natural and synthetic fibers).

Products

Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are non-contractual. In the event of an error or omission, Blend Beauty Hair cannot be held liable.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Blend Beauty Hair reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Order

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The order is confirmed by sending a confirmation email. Blend Beauty Hair reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. Blend Beauty Hair does not retain any banking data.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for unsealed or worn products for hygiene reasons. This particularly concerns our wigs and hair products.

Returns and refunds

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer has 14 days from receipt to contact us. Returns will only be accepted for unworn items in their original packaging.

Delivery

We deliver throughout France and internationally. Delivery times and conditions are specified in our Shipping Policy available on our website.

Liability

Blend Beauty Hair cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services and means of transport.

Personal data

The data collected is used solely for order processing and is not transferred to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
